Fields (intro) is a solo dance performance with a body in space moving. During that time some sounds will play and there will be a small set. A voice will talk about fields.

Free.
Doors open a 7pm, performance starts at 7:30pm.
A short wine reception will follow the performance.

Aye Eckerson is a queer Black femme performer living and working in Brooklyn, NY. They graduated from Skidmore College with a degree in Dance and a minor in Gender Studies.  Much of their current work pulls from their memories of growing up and moving through the world as a Black queer femme. Since moving to New York, they have been a part of BAX's 2016 Needing IT! workshop, worked with playwright Susanna Cook, performed their work in BAX's Upstart Festival, at El Museo de Los Sures, Columbia University, and in Movement Research at the Judson Church. Eckerson has also performed in New York, Baltimore, and Philadelphia in work by choreographer Stormy Budwig . They are currently working with Budwig, collaborating with dance artist Kim Sauers and make solo performances.
