Generational Retribution showcases the work of Meg DeRosa in her professional debut, and features pieces by Ngozi Olojede and Stephanie Eche. The canvas murals and installation urge us to envision a radically transformed future led by a new generation that rejects systems of oppression and inherited trauma. 

The show’s opening on Juneteenth from 6 - 9 pm uplifts Black feminist power as the foundational inspiration for the multicultural exhibition, weaving music, political education, and community organizing into the art, offering a bold and melodic call for justice, collective action, and societal renewal.
