Palm Trees Swaying in a Hurricane is a performance event curated and organised by Sweety's, and featuring artists that bring together textual and corporeal expression. Reflecting on the climate of this moment, the curators look to these three language benders for the possibility of something beautiful in the midst of turmoil. 

The night will consist of performances by Gabriel Ramirez, Rin (Don) Johnson, Ximena Izquierdo Ugaz; followed by a talkback between the participating artists.
