For the past ten years Ricardo St. Louis has photographed in the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. These images show his passion for the less spectacular, but for the intensely beautiful and miraculous details that he has observed and chased after in winters and summers for many patient hours. FiveMyles is proud to show the resulting photographs in the more intimate Plus/Space, where they very much evoke a feeling of the pleasures to be found in the Botanic Garden.

Sunday, September 20, 5:30-8pm: Opening Reception with musical performance by Ricardo St. Louis and ensemble, 6:30-7:30pm.

DIRECTIONS:

Take 2, 3, or 4 trains to Franklin Avenue. Walk two blocks against the traffic on Franklin. Walk ¾ block to 558 St. Johns Place. FiveMyles is within easy walking distance from the Brooklyn Museum.
